Broadway Auto Glass provides auto glass repair, replacement, and tint installation services. Our team is equipped to handle any auto glass on vehicles, recalibrate ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), and install automotive window tint. All services are quoted and confirmed in advance.
All quotes provided by Broadway Auto Glass are valid for a period of one week from the date of issuance. If the quoted service requires our mobile team, the quote will reflect any additional mobile service fees, and the scheduling will be handled directly, as mobile service appointments cannot be scheduled online.
To schedule an appointment, clients must secure their spot with a $20 deposit, which is payable online. The deposit ensures the time and date selected and is refundable only if the appointment is canceled with 24 hours' notice. This deposit is non-refundable in the case of no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
Payment terms vary depending on the service:
In-store Services: Clients whose vehicle glass is already in stock may pay after the service is completed.Special Orders: For any glass that needs to be specially ordered, full payment is required in advance. Online Scheduling: For online bookings, a $20 deposit is mandatory to reserve the appointment.
Broadway Auto Glass accepts a variety of payment methods, including credit cards and online payment systems. Payment in full must be completed before any vehicle is released to the client.
Broadway Auto Glass offers a labor warranty on all services, ensuring the quality and safety of our work. However, this warranty does not apply if we identify structural issues with the vehicle's frame, such as rust or corrosion, which may affect the integrity of the glass installation. In these cases, Broadway Auto Glass cannot guarantee the effectiveness of the service due to the underlying structural issues.
